OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay are popular mobile-wallet payment rails across Indonesia. BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

Bank virtual accounts (VAs) offer an alternative deposit path for users who prefer traditional banking. During Deposit, select Virtual Account and choose your bank (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI). mpogoal generates a unique 18-digit account number and displays it on screen. Transfer the desired amount from your personal bank account to this VA number. The system recognizes your bank transfer automatically and credits your mpogoal balance within subject to verification—often faster if both accounts are at the same bank. Withdrawals via VA require you to provide your own bank account number (from the same or a different bank). mpogoal transfers your withdrawal amount to the account you specify. Processing time is 1-2 business hours depending on the receiving bank. Virtual-account transfers incur standard bank fees (typically 5,000–our welcome offer per transaction). Keep your VA number for reference; you can reuse it for multiple deposits. If you want a fresh VA number, contact support to request a new one.

Fees, limits and verification

mpogoal does not charge fees on most deposits and withdrawals. Payment-method providers (DANA, OVO, GoPay) may apply small transaction fees (typically 0–non-specific info depending on the amount). Bank VAs incur standard bank transfer fees as noted above. Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your account tier and verification status. Newly registered accounts can deposit up to a modest daily limit; after you complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, limits increase substantially. KYC verification requires a government ID and proof of address, typically completing within subject to verification of upload. Your first withdrawal may be subject to a longer review window (up to 24 hours) for security purposes. After your first verified withdrawal, subsequent requests process faster. Account limits reset daily, so if you hit a daily limit, wait until the next calendar day to deposit or withdraw again. Resolving a stalled transaction

Occasionally, a deposit may not credit immediately or a withdrawal may remain under review longer than expected. If a transaction fails or is rejected, mpogoal credits the amount back to your account within 24 hours, and you can retry with a different payment method.
